「I did not have breakfast staff was nice. The bathroom had something in the tub. Didn’t take a shower at all. The ceiling was horrible needed cleaned or painted. I will not be back.」

「This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel ! 」

「room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.」

「The older housekeeping lady very rude however the younger one always nice and pleasant didn’t mind giving clean items when asked or tissue the other women she always seemed annoyed and didn’t want to wash she told me once a week and that I needed housekeeping to much when I only asked twice a week because I have OCD AND I WAS THERE FOR A ENTIRE MONTH SHE NEVER STOPPED UNLESS I called down stairs or sat my garbage can out」

「They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible」

「Great to stay here again! Helpful staff that was also friendly! Workout facilities and pool were both nice to enjoy. Breakfast could have been maybe hotter, but I understand it’s hard to know how many to plan for too. We were thankful for a safe, clean space in the middle of everything there in Flowood!」

「Great place to stay hotel is clean and quiet very comfortable everything is walkable in downtown deadwood food in town is great food at hotel was good every one is friendly drove to several different places Devils tower WY Mt Rushmore,Crazy horse memorials Custer state park wildlife every where」
