"Clean,comfortable room with exceptional service. Enjoyed the free shuttle service offered to Universal Studios. Metro to downtown and grocery store to stock up fridge are a short (15-20 min) walk away. Microwave is available on request for small fee. Breakfast was a quick phone call and pickup(can be delivered for a fee). Would recommend and stay again. "

"beautiful hotel. brand new. lots of little things done right such as motion sensor lights in the bathroom. charging stations on the bedside. clean and immaculate. not lots of dining choices within walking distance but the ones they had were excellent. Jersey Mikes, randys donuts, and a german burger and dog place. Randys donuts is the BOMB. a must try if you like donuts. Felt totally safe at the hotel."

"Resort fee $40 and if you have a car it’s $50 parking but everything else is excellent"

"Nice hotel. Can be a little loud with wood floors and sirens due to hospital next door. Beds were super comfortable with an abundance of soft pillows. Walking distance to pier but it’s a trek. Wear comfy shoes or hop on the #4. Easy entrance for Uber to pick you up. Would stay again."
