This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in.

The boat is not at a dock like the picture shows. It’s actually anchored a couple hundred yards from the shore. This add is misleading. I never would have booked it if the description was accurate and truthful. Why does Expedia allow this on their site? I couldn’t get my money back from the host or from Expedia. Beware

Untrustworthy

After check in time, owner said they were changing the date of the reservation. When we indicated we were unable to stay on the new date, we received no further communication. No information on how to check in, no discussion period. Owner only responded when Hotel support called. Would not refund deposit even though they made the change to the reservation.
