「The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.」

「This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. "An airport hotel within. walking distance from LHR Terminal 4, a very good choice for long transit or short stay by the airport, especially when you travel with heavy luggages, and you don't wanna take any transportation. The hotel staff Amber was very helpful, she listened to our plans, giving us a room that was located at the level of skybridge, which allowed us to go out faster. The room was clean and spacious, overall a very good airport hotel."
