"Tight"

"Clean room, lobby bar and fitness room excellent. The breakfast was just okay- no apple juice, pancakes, or waffles. There are very little gluten free options. Staff was attentive and friendly. The thermostat in room didnt work and one day the whole building was so hot couldnt breathe. My digital key worked for everything but the elevator. "

"We’ve stayed here before mainly due to the bar. We were in Cincinnati for a wedding and decided to stay here again. We will not be back. Front desk person was nice while checking is in. After that, the experience was not great. The TV was broken on tilted, the ice makers were broken in floors 4, 5 & 6. Called down to ask for ice and the clerk said, go to the 8th or 9th floor. The bartender was rude. There were holes in the sheets and the valet did not answer so we could ask for our vehicle. This stay was a 3 out of 10. "

"Check in was terrible. We were there 90 minutes AFTER our scheduled check-in time of 4:00 and still had to wait 30 for a room to be cleaned and available. The attitude of the staff towards us was awful. They acted like we were in the wrong for wanting to check in and just kept giving the excuse of lots of late check-outs. Perhaps they shouldn’t allow so many late check outs if they know they have bookings coming in. I will never stay there again and would advise others to stay somewhere else. "
