"Rooms okay, slightly updated. Beds comfortable. Heater and AC unit working. Breakfast wasn’t great, basic. Eggs were cold, limited fruit option. Only cereal, toast, juice and coffee. Location good, only 4 min drive to main Lindsay area. Good Accommodating staff. Checkin and out was easy"

"Room was generally clean Tv didnt work. Wifi was almost non-existent. Breakfast was advertised but breakfast room was also non-existent. Sign on door said it was open but was dark and had only tools etc. Someone had left frozen fish in the freezer in the room so it had obviously not been completely cleaned.blowdryer was also supposed to be present so i didn't bring one with me and there was no blowdryer. No one was in the office at 9am to checkout. Parking lot was treacherously icy. "
