「We've stayed here multiple times and we were never dissapointed. We always see the same staff at the check in desk and it makes us think that the management is doing a great job taking care of their employees. We'll be back for sure! The decoration during Christmas is absolutely amazing!」

The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.」
