「I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...

The bedrooms are very comfortable with bathrooms especially well designed in the Woodlands rooms. Or you can enjoy a more period feel staying in the Manor House. 「Was sadly only there for 1 night as a place to crash after a nearby wedding. The place was lovely, the staff couldn't of been any kinder and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Would drive the 6hrs to come back for a few days stay for sure.」

「I had two rooms booked - a twin for one person and a superior double. Both excellent. Gripe for the superior was about a half an hour to run a bath and no Wi-Fi :( possibly due to location at the back of the hotel. We were there for a family 90 th nearby so it was a great opportunity to stay. Accrington was £6 in an uber. Disappointing though to have to pay a tenner if you want to use the pool :( gym free mind. Overall though a great hotel and thanks for the late bar. Our tariff was RO so...
