"Front desk staff very pleasant and accommodating. Property is very dated and not super clean. Floor in room was filthy. Bottoms of our feet were black after only a few minutes in room. Bathroom fixtures dated and tired."

"I REQUESTED A HANDICAP ROOM AS IM DISABLED AND I EVEN CALLED HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE SURE I GOT A HANDICAP ROOM OR AT LEAST DOWNSTAIRS AS IM DISABLED WHEN I GOT THERE TO CHECK IN I FOUND OUT I WAS UPSTAIRS AND NO ELEVATOR EITHER. THE LADY AT LEAST CARRIED MY STUFF UPSTAIRS FOR ME MY SUITCASE WAS HEAVY AS I HAVE A HIP REPLACEMENT AND A KNEE WHICH ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO GO UP OR DOWN STAIRS. I CALLED THE OFFICE NEXT MORNING IT WAS EARLY BUT I ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY SUITCASE AND STUFF GOING DOWN STAIRS AND WAS RUDELY TOLD NO I HAD TO VERY SLOWLY DRAG MY SUITCASE DOWN THOSE STAIRS 11 STEPS TO BE EXACT UPSTAIRS THE CONCRETE HAS CHUNCKS MISSING AND I EASILY TRIPPED 1 LADY ACTUALLY FELL ONTO HER KNEES TRYING TO GO UP THE STAIRS AS THEY ARE MESSED UP AS WELL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THESE HOTELS AGAIN. FOR THE PRICE I PAID WAS WAY HIGH FOR A CRAPPY PLACE LIKE THIS. DIRTY AND ALL. AND THE BED WAS HORRIBLE I COULD FEEL ALL THE SPRINGS INSIDE THE MATTRESS STICKING THROUGH I BARLEY SLEPT AT ALL. IT WAS 5HE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE "

"I needed to stay in the North PHX area for work meetings. The location was convenient and offered all of the things I needed in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, there was work area, the WiFi was solid and the coffee was good. Great value for a mid week work trip. "

"This is a much cleaner and friendly place compared to other locations. Would stay again. "

"Terrible when the front desk tries to withhold your state issued ID without letting you know. Horribly dishonest front office staff. Lukewarm shower., broken, toilet, and broken bedframe. If I had known it was like this, I would’ve never booked through Expedia to stay here. All of the positive votes appear to be paid fake reviews."

"Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this property."

"The property was under going renovation so things were out of sorts. The shower water pressure was pretty low. The double room was pretty small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast sub-par. Our room keys were disabled on the 2nd day so couldn't get in the side door and had to wait a bit at the front desk until someone came and got them, to work- a bit of a pain after a long tiring day. Staff was friendly and helpful."
