"Room was at end of the hallway and the freeway noise was very intrusive. Did not have a good sleep due to this. "

"The pool room was so cold, the water was freezing. The kids tried to suffer through it but it was unbearable. The back door to the hotel did not latch close or lock not one time while we were there. That could be very dangerous through the night. I personally would not book again. "

It’s just worn out and needs to be replaced. I let the manager know and she said she’d make it right next time I stay. "
