"Stayed two nights with my best friend to relax and enjoy a girls vacation in Wine Country. We were welcomed and had pleasant interactions with both ladies at the front desk- the young lady who was working in the afternoon/evening of 3/27-28 was very personable. Our room was clean and I loved the fact that they had hard floors and not carpet. If anything, I would take a half point off for the fact that some of the fixtures and furnishings are a bit outdated, there were some dust bunnies dangling on the ceiling of the room, and the blackout curtains were stained. It wasn’t a major issue though, as things such as this can be easily remedied. Our beds were comfortable and there was little noise pollution in spite of the fact that the property is 15 freeway close, and the hotel features outside corridors. The property is a very short drive/Uber to Old Town Temecula, and might be a nice option for someone who wants to stay near the shops/bars/restaurants/dining without being right on top of the action. For breakfast, there was the standard fare of a few hot items, cereal for the kids, yogurt, muffins, coffee, etc. Also, the parking is free and adjacent to the property. Overall, I would consider a future stay, as it served our needs and offered a good location central to many activities in the area. "

"We had an excellent stay. It’s business friendly, and the location was perfect. There was so many things so close, like shops, restaurants, and even grocery stores. The rooms were clean and tidy and my kids enjoyed the heated pool. The staff was friendly and answered any question, and eager to help with any problem. "

"Excellent location, close to Old Town, shopping and wine country. Friendly staff at all levels: front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping, and bar. Best value is that it still has real suites—separate bedrooms. Which seems rare today. "

"It was ok but the room had issues with the air conditioner. Kept turning on the heat at night. We let them know, Still didnt fix the problem. Happened the whole time we were there. Also came back and housekeeping took toilet paper didnt replace it, NO TOILET PAPER or replace our paper cups for coffee or replace towels and in the hallway left towels and stuff on the floor overnight. I think housekeeping could be better. Just not what i expected. For what we paid. 3 nights stay. Loved the 24 hour access to pools. "
