"Amazing hotel"

"Our flight got in early, so we knew we might be too early for check in. The first employee we came in contact with told us there were no rooms available. We were able to leave our luggage and go get lunch. There were two other families in the same boat. When we got back, a new employee told us rooms had been available for hours. The lobby looked nice and clean and our room was good with the exception of the bath tub. It was so worn and dirty looking. The soaps had been ripped off of the wall. I explained this to the front desk and asked if there were any better bath tubs. They said that they were all the same because the renovations weren’t complete. They offered to clean the tub, but they didn’t come for a couple of hours. My husband walked to the store and bought cleaner so we could clean it. The breakfast was good and was well stocked."

"People beware of this location!! Pictures provided on Expedia are not accurate. This is not a hotel is more like a motel. The room is dirty holes in the walls. Fridge was dirty had dirt pile up. Furniture was 2nd had. False advertising. I don’t even want to get into it about the bed. Don’t not book here!!"

"Their phone was not working - apparently for at least two days - and I could not reach them to get a shuttle from the airport. The ordeal took me over an hour and a half just to get to the hotel. And I could not get a hold of anyone anywhere related to four points Sheraton. The customer service was horrible."
