「This was my second time staying at the Inverness Hilton. The hotel Staff were great, very friendly and courteous. I had a room on the 3rd floor facing IKEA. It had huge windows, lots of natural light, very comfy bed, and lots of lamps. I had the steak fritas and my husband had fish and chips, at the Game Room bar/restaurant, the food was really good, a touch pricy, but overall worth the price. 「Great location and very clean. Only thing that could have been better is room servicing. We showed up and the toilet paper was almost empty, had to go get some at the front desk. We stayed 6 nights and no one ever came to our room to make bed, swap towels or empty the trash.if you don’t mind going that, then it’s great」

I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay.
