"The parking fee is way too much for a whole in the ground. I had to drive around to find a parking spot. The lighting needs to be improved. For $49.00 + tax, way too much. The customer service reservation desk was more than willing to accept the payment for parking without giving you much information. "

"The hotel was under renovation. Amenities including dinner was not available. In the future, Expedia should make consumers aware of this in advance. Location met overall needs. Rooms had been updated prior and were comfortable. "

"The room/hotel seemed extraordinarily clean. My husband said the gym was one of the best in a hotel the garage was nice. I didn’t see a pool. The breakfast wasn’t impressive. I would definitely stay here again due to the cleanliness & the room size. "

"The room was cool the lounge was nice. I would’ve gave at least a four star but the security staff a Mr. Yaozi was awful unprofessional and rude. Kept hanging up on my fiancé and myself that’s if he decided to answer. We left our keys in the room when we checked out and was calling to retrieve them later that day. We informed him that we lived out of town. He lied and said our room was occupied but it wasn’t. To be honest I’m not even sure if Mr. Yaozi even really looked. There was no evening/night supervisor so I couldn’t even report or go over his head. Beware of security!!!"
