"The hotel furnishings are “tired” but everything was super clean. The staff were all amazing. Every single person I was privileged to talk to, were warm and friendly and truly helpful. The kids loved the pool. I love that it was indoor so the could use it during the cold weather. The included breakfast helped our family to afford our trip. The location of the hotel is wonderful, with so many places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk. "

"The room was clean but i always had a smell of smoke in my room every night even though it was a smoke free building there was smoking everywhere. The breakfast was one horrible blueberry muffin and package oatmeal and coffee. There was not an actual breakfast very misleading. While the inside was okay the outside was in a sketchy area my last night i woke up at 6am to shooting. I felt like i was being constantly watched when i stepped outside in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would not stay again."

"This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff personnel were friendly and professional. The room was nicely done and clean and breakfast was good and varied. Right across the road is the Springfield Mall, with pleanty of eating and shopping options."

"Air condition is too noisy. Breakfast has only cereals and bread, no waffles or fruits or anything like usual hotel. It is more a motel not hotel. Too much smoke though we opted for nonsmoking."

"At midnight, someone placed a metal rod under the door and tried to unlock the door from the inside and gain entry into my room. This was supposedly an employee of the hotel who didn't knock or acknowledge their presence prior to jimmying the lock. I will never stay at this hotel again."
