"We had issues with the staff"

"Property is located next to a very busy road with heavy traffic rumbling all night long with a room door that didn’t shut well and left a gap to the outside, regardless of how I shut it. That, in addition to loud guests, made my stay unpleasant, to the point of cutting my stay short and checking out the morning after. "

" Hotel was in a great location for us. Unloading was difficult due to traffic congestion and having to unload on the street, Valet parking was great but a bit pricey. House keeping missed replacing our wash clothes one morning but no big deal."

"Reserved for king but refused to get one.. location of the rooms was not explained correctly… waited for few minutes at front desk to check in while the the employee was talking on the phone. Chairs and other stuff on the corridor .. Over all not happy"
