"There are several things with the pool that are broken. They say they're the warmest pool in the city. It was freezing cold. Always looking for towels. For the amount we pay the Jets didn't work the water fall downstairs in the hot tub didn't work and again freezing cold pool water. No bacon at breakfast multiple menu prices and miscommunication regarding the menu bar should be open longer"

"TV was pixelated on most channels and the sound bounced in and out when using cable. Using chromcast was fine though. If you have people above you, you will hear footsteps. I had elephants above me. Woken up at 5am every day with bangs, footsteps, dropping things, creaks etc. Rooms are clean. Restaurant attached to the hotel is good. Staff friendly. Hotel is undergoing renovations , but is on a closed side of the hotel. Did not impact stay, apart from one elevator being down as it is dedicated to construction crew. Snow and ice clearing out front is poor. "

"Everything was good! Gym, Nespresso coffee in the room, blackout blinds, great AC/heater unit, huge shower! Staff was very hospitable in booking my shuttle and arranging for parking. "

"Room was a very good size and very clean. Staff were very friendly. The in-hotel restaurant had delicious food. We ate there several times during our stay."
