「The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key). 」

「The property was close to many amenities and easy to locate. One suggestion I would make would that extra sheets and towels be provided. However, I would stay again!」

「Perfectly located at walking distance from many great restaurants. Check-in was a little complicated as we had to get in touch with a representative and meet in site. She asked us to text when we were 15 minutes away, we gave her a 20 minutes warning and still had to wait. We got the impression that short-tern rental was probably not encouraged in the building. Obce check-in was done, everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay.」

「極差！是我們人生中最差的住宿經驗！DO NOT CHOOSE HERE!!THERE SERVICE IS THE WORST YOU CAN IMAGINE FOR YOUR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE!! 我們在2017年April預定Newtel Suites的六人閣樓房，預定8/10-12入住，但我們並不知道這不是一間旅館，而是一個無人管理的公寓，幾乎不接電話，無法聯繫！they rarely answer phones!! and problem can not be solved on time!!! 我們到了hotel.com訂房信上寫的地址，發現這只是辦公室，打了十通電話才終於有人接聽，臨時被通知換到另一個五公里外的地址，大門鑰匙鎖在一個戶外的腳踏車鐵架上，我們費了很多力氣才拿到， and the conformation pass code for the door entry was wrong!! 打電話去詢問，又無人接聽，對方用EMAIL寄給我們另一個密碼，WRONG...
