「Perfectly located at walking distance from many great restaurants. Check-in was a little complicated as we had to get in touch with a representative and meet in site. She asked us to text when we were 15 minutes away, we gave her a 20 minutes warning and still had to wait. We got the impression that short-tern rental was probably not encouraged in the building. Obce check-in was done, everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay.」

「極差！是我們人生中最差的住宿經驗！DO NOT CHOOSE HERE!!THERE SERVICE IS THE WORST YOU CAN IMAGINE FOR YOUR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE!! 我們在2017年April預定Newtel Suites的六人閣樓房， 預定8/10-12入住， 但我們並不知道這不是一間旅館，而是一個無人管理的公寓， 幾乎不接電話，無法聯繫！they rarely answer phones!! and problem can not be solved on time!!! 我們到了hotel.com訂房信上寫的地址，發現這只是辦公室， 打了十通電話才終於有人接聽， 臨時被通知換到另一個五公里外的地址， 大門鑰匙鎖在一個戶外的腳踏車鐵架上，我們費了很多力氣才拿到， and the conformation pass code for the door entry was wrong!! 打電話去詢問，又無人接聽， 對方用EMAIL寄給我們另一個密碼，WRONG...

「We went down for the ccmas and stayed here there was a mix up with maids and we had to get ready in the dirty room so we were ready for the concert the maid wasnt there till 5 we check in at 2, then we left and for got a straightener there and they wont send it to us even cod. Overall the place was nice but the way it was run was horrible and will never stay there again or recommend it.」

「Sleepless in Calgary – Nice place in a good location BUT the blinds barely block any light and the bedroom window is east-facing with a mirrored closet on the other side of the room. So unless you like waking up to a double sunrise (at 5:30am in the summer) I would strongly recommend against staying here until they install better blinds.」

「屋主免費升級到另一apartment - The Guardian 1122 3 Street Southeast, Calgary AB Canada Apartment內部裝修新淨。空間充足，落地玻璃窗，有大露臺，可望到市中心與卡加里塔。開放式廚房連飯廳，客廳，梳化，新型號電視機，兩間睡房，其中一間為套房，故此共有兩個洗手間。 Apartment不設前臺，雖於到達前預約取門匙。網上與現場接待員Mr. Quin與Mr. Will服務態度與效率很好。 將來有機會再到此地的話，此apartment會在必定考慮之名單內。」
