"All good."

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. I had to leave early so wasn’t able too enjoy the breakfast. I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport. It would have been nicer to be let off at the front door of the hotel because I had a lot of luggage. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. At the airport the driver went and got a luggage cart for me to use. So very thoughtful when he saw me struggling to drag my crate."

"Hotel is well situated and has a good breakfast. The Air conditioner was very noisy, switched rooms and the noise dropped by 10dB but still noisy enough that couldn’t sleep without noise cancelling EarPods. The carpets are dirty/stained in the hallways and stains in the rooms too. Positive is the location."

"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"We booked a studio suite for 3 people. Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable with fridge, microwave and cooker. Suitable for a wheelchair user. We were only staying one night so didn’t get the full use of the room. However for a longer stay it would have been very useful. "

"Traveling in the summer, room on the 2nd floor with no air conditioning and inability to sufficiently open the window made my stay uncomfortable with the room near 78-80degrees during sleep. The tv repeatedly froze requiring to turn off/on causing minor frustration. The shower drain was slow resulting in a pool of water during a shower. Overall, you get what you pay for, but this was advertised as a 3 star hotel and it falls short. I give it a 2 at best. Brussels airport is a 10-15 min drive...
