「We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. 「Globalement très satisfait, le personnel est attentif, bienveillant et disponible. La chambre est très propre, le lit est très confortable. Trois détails : * Il manque une petite poubelle dans la chambre et les chaises sont vraiment lourdes ! * Parking totalement pris par trois autocars, une personne nous a guidé vers la pelouse ! * Horaire du petit déjeuner (7h30 - 8h) incompatible avec nos activités sportives. C'est la cas dans les tous hôtels, donc on se débrouille. 」
