「Tout était très bien! Bon service, confortable, propre. Repas du soir au resto de l’hôtel très bon. Déjeuner buffet avec assez de choix. Surtout, très proche de l’aéroport! Moins de 5 minutes avec la navette ou 15 minutes à pieds. Je recommande.」

「Good points: able to checked in at midnight. The dog is allowed to get into the hotel. There is a bath tub in our room. Good price!! Overall, we are pleased to stay one night here.」

「The room was not clean when I arrived. There were many flies, mosquitoes and ants. I got 5-7 bites on my arm after one night of sleeping there that were suspected bed bugs. The workers at the front desk tried to convince me they were mosquito bites, but did end up moving me to a new room. The dining on site is convenient but the food was often left uncovered meaning flies were often roaming and landing on food. The staff was friendly overall but would probably not stay here again.」

「Beautiful château! The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. The grounds surrounding the château are stunning, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. We saw a hare and lots of birds, which made the setting even more special. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but everything was delicious and of excellent quality. Honestly, I didn't want to go anywhere else—I just wanted to stay at the château and enjoy the peace and tranquility.」

「If you are traveling with a car, it's very convenient to stay here and visit Bordeaux, Arcachoun and other places nearby. The dinner buffet was also nice at a good price.」

「預定6晚住宿，住3晚都沒來清潔房間，沒換毛巾和盥洗用品。通知櫃檯說需要下單才能清潔，實在很不能理解。後還要透過訂房中心溝通，才來清潔。實在很不可思議。」

「Lovely hotel in a great location, right next to the Cité du Vin. The gym and pool were excellent, and the top-floor restaurant was a real highlight, well worth it for the views alone. Getting around is easy: the tram stop is a 7-minute walk and you're in the city centre within 10 minutes, with a handy food court right next door for casual evenings. A great stay all round, we'd happily return.」
