「The front desk clerk Jeremiah seemed to not really care about my concerns. I arrived promptly at 3 PM, just in case there were any issues with the room. I have had a few bad experiences at Best Western properties. I wanted to give Best Western another chance. The room I paid for was a king, upon arrival at the door to my room, I heard the people next door speaking loudly and TV was loud. I wanted a nice quiet place to stay. 「Clean room, nice staff very accommodating. Like the kitchen in the room as well. 」

「We stay here often because of the cleanliness and the wonderful staff. Gladys and Ben always take very good care of us. 」

「Expedia overcharged me for a room that was not available and I was down graded and have not been refunded the difference 」

「It's close to RMNP and close to the town for food, grocery. 」
