「Clean room although very bare. Only a bed & a couple of prayer mats. No where to hang clothes. It was quiet but had no ambience. Staff seemed friendly & helpful but difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Breakfast was hit & miss depending on what time you went. No drinks facilities - even for water after breakfast.」

「Whilst the hotel is nice, it is somewhat dated and could certainly do with a renovation. The mattresses on the sun beds most certainly need replacing. And there is a desperate need for more parasols. The biggest downside of this property is the service. To say the level of service is poor would be being kind. There is no urgency in any interaction and you are constantly left waiting. Whether that be for a member of staff to come over, waiting at least 30 mins around the pool area for a drink or...

「There was no toilet paper. Towels were used and not washed. In the bathroom, there was damp on the ceiling. The shower Telephone holder was broken. The person in charge was very friendly and helpful. He got me toilet paper and even fetch me by his motorbike from」

「Unfortunately, my room was not particularly clean, I had to keep my footwear on in the room, I also had mould around my bath tub! Staff were not very well organised! They wanted to search your bags every time you entered the hotel as food & drinks (including snacks & bottled water were not allowed in). We did not use the Spa facilities! Breakfast was also a massive disappointment. Food was very limited and not replenished, plates & cups were not readily available, coffee machine wasn’t working...

「Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.」
