Preferred Boston hotels

"I booked this hotel for the Boston Marathon and they had a nice simple breakfast at 5 AM for all of us. Although it was obviously overpriced for the weekend, they allowed me to come back to hotel (I already checked out) after the marathon to take a shower in one of their clean public bathrooms. Very clean and close to race!"

"This was a great location to Northeastern at a more reasonable rate than some of the other hotels. It was very clean. I was there to help move one of my daughters out of her dorm and we had lots to bring back to the hotel. The elevator was far from the front door as well as there are about 10 steps up to the elevator level, so not ideal for heavy suitcases or large bags and definitely not for anyone is not able-bodied. "

"The room was ridiculously small, only one small chair, no place for a couple to sit and relax. The shower was outdated, a small tub with a shower head. Food was way over priced even with the $15 “credit”. Staff tried to be quite pleasant and helpful. "
