I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told upon arrival that no room was available for us. My family and I were forced to wait for over two and a half hours, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel with my two kids.
To make matters worse, after the long wait, we were finally given a room with only one bed completely inappropriate for a family. This not only failed to meet our reservation expectations, but it also caused significant discomfort and inconvenience during our stay.
We chose Hilton expecting a high standard of hospitality, but this experience fell far below that. I would appreciate a prompt response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, time lost, and the inadequate accommodations provided. They compt $200 off our stay which is nothing but the taxes in our stay, mold in the restroom and smelled like urine beyond belief.
