Our on-site restaurant has coffee and hot water available and the front desk staff is always able to warm something up in the microwave when requested, but I understand it is not the same convenience as having those items in the room. I am sorry to hear that the room was not what you expected. While we do understand the desire for the newest and greatest, many of our guests like to take advantage of our DVD and VHS library and make use of their VHS/DVD players in the room. For the guests that prefer to not use 'outdated' tech, we do provide free high-speed wifi throughout the property if you would prefer to use your own devices.
