"Beautiful large room, and we were greeted with champagne and chocolates. Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and so relaxing. Breakfast was pretty varied although last time we visited there were many more options. When we entered the room it wasn't the cleanest. Some coffee stains on furniture so just didn't have that fresh feel."

"A smaller hotel, located on the edge of the historic new town, is well located, quiet and peaceful. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is terrific and restaurant is ‘hotely’ but small menu gives good variety and very good food. Couldn’t fault it and would recommend it."

"The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are pleasant. For a 4-star hotel, the facilities are very sparse. Only soap is available in a container. The staff throughout the hotel seems to be working as a form of punishment, especially at breakfast. The breakfast may be varied, but it's somewhat bland. The bread isn't the freshest. There are certainly better 4-star hotels in Warsaw."
