"The review is about HOTEL SOA, Žabljak. The room was clean, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was not fresh, very dull, and not inviting. The coffee was almost cold. SPA: We booked two kinds of Spa treatments. The room was very cold and couldn't be warmed, so we gave up the second one. ..."
