「Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!」

「There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.」

「This small hotel located 10-minute drive uphill beyond Levanto town, gateway to Cinque Terre. It's a very comfortable place to stay after a day of activity. Rooms are spacious and with balcony / terrace. Furniture and bathroom appliances are modern and stylish. Staying here is just relaxing and refreshing. The owner couple are extremely hospitable, and do are their staff.」

「非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。 飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。 可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。」

「Staff was accommodating and available. Communicated well beforehand. Check in and check out was a breeze. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast simple but fresh. Beautiful view. Room wasn’t fancy - towels were more like light blankets . Town was authentic. One restaurant open and it was delicious. It was just a short overnight stay but really enjoyed it! 」
