"The hotel was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. We heard the breakfast is amazing but for 20 euros a person this was more than we were willing to spend. Also the area Brussels Midi is not a good area, directly across from the train station and very sketchy and lots of homeless and people on drugs. We didn’t feel safe walking after dark. Also very dirty, lots of littering in the streets."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. It was walking distance to all of the sights we wanted to see, with many of the more famous chocolate and waffle shops nearby to explore. There’s also some higher end shops for shopping as well. With the Expedia benefits we also had a room upgrade with a view and bottle of cava in our room which was a nice touch. Rooms were standard size for Europe, small but not cramped. They were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. I would...
