Unique place. Great hotel with great location and great staff. The rooms are tiny but super cozy and with great views. Oh this view ... It's unique to open your eyes in the morning and the first thing you see is the sea, the beach and the palm trees. The beach is in front of your room. You literally leave the room and go to the beach. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They cooperate with everything and give very detailed information about everything that interests them. I recommend a place to rest.

Marguerita, Eugene and Miguel couldn’t have been nicer. We were upgraded last minute and it was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Everything was top notch, a once in a lifetime experience. Couldn’t speak higher of this place.

The room we were first given was tiny but when I asked if it was possible to change the staff were very helpful. They were fully booked that night but moved us into another room the following day at no extra cost.

Four nights in boracay
Quite glad we chose this place over anything else in Station 3 despite a fair bit of walk to St 2. Didnt get to St 1 at all since no time. Peaceful stay area regardless of the construction works behind the building. Lovely daily cook to order breakfast. Staff are polite and accommodating. The house and views just amazing!

Lovely small hotel located on the beach front in station 3 the quieter end of Boracay with a glass front infinity pool. It has Beautifully appointed modern rooms and great home cooked breakfast. Eugene and his staff make you feel very welcome.

The view was amazing from the 4th and 5th floor. Pool was perfect to cool off after the beach. Breakfast was actually very good. I liked how the hotel was stationed a bit away from the d mall.

The hotel is small but really really nice! The rooms are also small but we knew that before booking and didn’t really mind. The view is amazing and the pool is great! We loved watching sunset by the pool with a drink :) The only thing that I can say wrong about this place is that in the 3 nights we were there they didn’t come into the room to bring extra toilet paper or swipe the floor (as it’s a beach front hotel, you get a lot of sand in the room even if you wipe your feet etc) But it is very beautiful and I would definitely recommend :)

Amazing Hotel
Definitely a great spot for my first time in Boracay! This spot is located in station 3. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. When you exit the hotel the beach is right outside. It’s a bit of a walk to station 2 and 1 but I loved this location because there were no crowds! It’s like a private beach. The room is small but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Boracay.

We loved everything at la Banca house. The room, facility, location , station 3 is the place to stay if you prefer to have a quite place and more privacy. The staff are all very attentive to accommodate the guest needs, they cleaned the pool everyday, your room, breakfast is superb , arrange our transfortation etc.We would recommend la banca to our friends We would like to thank all the staff for making our vacation more enjoyable and relaxing, from the manager Eugene Flores, front desk Margarita, Remy and Rollan for the delicious bfast everyday, Ginly, Reynante and Miguel for all the hard work maintaining the place clean and enjoyable.

those 2 days were amazing, staff if super friendly, the rooms are brand new, new confy bed mattress with amazing pillow, the service is a 5 star service no doubt location is in station 3 very calm area and ealking distance to station 2 good for workout, infity swimming pool at the roof makes this place stand out, breakfast is excellent

The room was really nice and the views were perfect. Comfy bed and great shower. The balcony was shared with the room beside us which could be a bit awkward and you have to walk past their glass door to access the room. Also struggled to lock the door properly. The pool is really nice and has a great view. It's a perfect location if you want a bit more peace - much quieter than further up the beach. No lift and the spiral stairs to the top floor are very narrow so not great if you have accessibility issues or have had too many beers...Overall, quite expensive but a nice place to relax.

Excellent service, peace and tranquility ^^
Positives: We were greeted at reception with a refresher towel and fresh juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower in our room didn't have warm water for a short period and when we mentioned it to reception they fixed it right away. So once again, very good service. Our room overlooked the ocean on the beach so it was an amazing view to wake up to every day. Although breakfast was on the 3rd floor we were served on the beach every morning. It was truly an amazing experience. The WIFI was good. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is very modern and also has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Our room was cleaned every day on request with fresh towels. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then this place is perfect. It is located at station 3 so not very busy and no hawkers bothering you. The beach road stops just before this hotel so it means nobody walks past right in front of the hotel, therefore, it feels more private compared to other similar hotels located at station 2. If you are looking to be very active the whole time and looking for a lot to do, including shopping and eating at good restaurants then you have to consider a 10 - 30 minute walk. Overall, we had a very good experience and it was definitely a vacation to remember. Negatives: Only one, the room is tinier than most. But, it's only a place to sleep in, dress in, and take a shower in, so this comment should be irrelevant. The view and all other positives make up for the size ^^

I booked 2nd floor ocean view deluxe room. They upgraded to 4th floor suite room. Room was so nice. Most beautiful view in boracay. Clean. Comfortable. Kindness. Helpful. end of Station 3 .. so it was really quite and peaceful. Welcome juice and wet hand towel Nice breakfast serve to private table in front of room so can enjoy meal with beautiful ocean view. I really wanna stay here again

완벽한 위치
우선 프라이빗 비치를 즐기기에 완벽한 위치입니다 아침에는 조용한 산책을, 오후엔 조용히 태닝과 물놀이를 할 수있어 너무 만족스러웠어요. 다만 여기 파도는 2구역에 비해 깊고 쎕니다. 방은 작지만 인테리어 깔끔하고 침구가 좋아요. 한국인에게 유명한 브런치집과 식당들이 가까워서 좋았어요. 저는 친구랑 저녁먹고 돌아오는 길이 가로등하나 없어서 굉장히 어둡고 무섭더라구요. 현지인들이 시비도 걸고요ㅎㅎ 여자 혼자오신분은 해지면 굳이 나가시는거 비추드려요. 해안가라서 트라이시클도 숙소앞까지 못오고 걸어서 와야되요ㅎㅎ Location was perfect for enjoy a beach like as private beach. Room was small but clean, modern, and good bedding. Watching the Netflix while Lay down on the bed before sleep was really great!

마지막날 시트에 오일이 묻어서 천페소달라는거..어이없긴했는데 실랑이하기 싫어서 그냥줬습니다. 조식 꽤 먹을만합니다. 사진에서보이는 수영장만큼 좋진않고 아기자기한게 이쁘긴합니다 들어가진 않았습니다. 3층에있는 수영장입니다. -중요한건 스테이션3에 메인로드와 멀어서 오토바이 트라이시클 탈 수 없어서 자전거 트라이시클만 근처해변에 있습니다. 정말 불편하고 얘네가 오토바이보다 비싸게 부릅니다. -두번째 해난라군에서 묵을 때 트라이시클 디몰까지 40페소로 갔는데 여기 자전거태워주는애들 기본 100페소 부릅니다 속도도느리고 꽤나 불편합니다 -숙소위치 최악 -오일묻었다고 1000페소 한국돈 24,000원 세탁비 말이됩니까 손으로해도 지워질정돈데.. -직원들은 친절합니다. -위치 진짜별로고 저가격이면 디몰근처에 방이 좀 작더라도 그쪽이 났습니다 라반카도 방이 무지하게 작거든요

후기가 별로없어서 걱정했는데 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 보라카이를 간다면 또 묵고싶어요 바로앞바다고 나만의 별장같은느낌과 번화가가 아니라서 조용하고 쉬기 좋았어요 3층방을 이용했고 방음은 잘안됫지만 전혀 방해될정도는 아니었어요 근처에 돌아다니다보면 음식점도 꽤있고 직원들도 친절하고 정말 좋았습니다.

예약당시 숙소를 알아볼 때 화이트비치 중심가는 시끄러울 수 있다는 얘기에 조용한곳으로 찾았어요~ 그러다보니 깔끔한 느낌이 좋아서 선택하게 된 곳인데 여행날짜가 다가올수록 지도상에 보이는 위치가 중심가와 너무 먼듯해서 걱정했는데 천천히 걸어가면 갈 수 있는 거리였어요! 아, 숙소에 개미가 좀 돌아다니니 예민하신 분들은 참고하세요! 그리고 여기에서 트라이시클 타고 디몰 가시는분들 있으시다면 오토바이형은 100페소 전기형은 150페소입니다! 처음에 1층 첫번째 방 안내받았는데 바다뷰가 아니라서 아쉬워서 프런트에 물어봤더니 무료로 업그레이드 해줘서 2층 바다뷰로 재배정됐어요! 근데 방크기는 1층이 더 넓습니다. 2층은 침대옆에 한 명 지나다닐 공간뿐이고 화장실 앞쪽에 공간이 좀 있어서 캐리어 보관과 짐정리할때마다 사용했어요 단 두명이서 동시에 하기에는 조금 좁아요^^; 무료조식 포함되어 있어서 3일내내 든든하게 챙겨먹었어요~ 평상시에는 아침 잘 안먹지만 여행가면 많이 돌아다니기 때문에 아침식사 필수! 커피나 과일주스 중 하나 고르고, 조식메뉴는 3가지였는데 소시지, 베이컨, 햄 중 선택하고 나머지는 토스트, 버터/잼, 프라이2개, 믹스프루츠 나왔었는데 햄은 첫 날 안된다고해서 그냥 소시지랑 베이컨이랑 번갈아가면서 먹었습니다~ 샌드위치저럼 만들어서 먹어도 맛있더라구요?! 중심가와 멀어서인지 비치에도 현지인분들이 많이 보였구요~ 둘째날부터는 외국분들도 많아졌어요 그래도 시끄럽지않고 조용하고 좋았습니다~ 무엇보다 스텝분들 친절하고 너무 좋았어요~ 마지막날 체크아웃하고 돌아가기전에 선물사러 나갔다가 돌아오는길에 엄청난 비를 만나서 쫄딱 젖어서 왔는데 추울까봐 몸 닦으라고 타월도 바로 주시고 공항가기전에 옷도 갈아입으라고 방 하나 얼른 열어주셨네요~ 너무 감사했어요ㅜㅜ 경비를 얼마 안챙겨서 팁을 못드리고온게 너무 죄송해서 같이 간 친구랑 계속 얘기했어요ㅜㅜ 진짜 너무너무너무너무 감사했어요~ 너무 좋은곳인데 후기가 많이 없어서 주절주절 내용이 길어졌네요~ 여기 진짜 아침하늘이랑 비치보면서 산미구엘 애플 마시면 입꼬리가 자동으로 올라가는 곳이예요~ 꼭 가보세요!

Sad honeymoon
We spent our honeymoon at La Banca House. The location, the pool and the beach are great. The staff friendly. Arrived we have the deluxe room with beach view on the second floor. The room was more than tiny. The queen size bed with 1.70m length under standard and too short for normal queen size bed. With a body length of over 1.80 m not comfortable. We kindly got a larger room, which also had the same queen size bed. The hotel has no longer beds! For European men of normal stature, the beds are rather unsuitable. The worst part of the holiday was the monotonous construction noise from the neighboring house, 2 meters from our balcony from 8 am until late in the evening with a circular saw and hammer blows. Also until late in the evening loud music from the bar of the neighboring house. The entire beach section to the right of the house to the end of the beach has many construction works, which are determined by 2020 not yet finished. A nice hotel, but not recommended for the next two years. A premature departure was denied by the hotel manager and they insisted that we have to pay our entire honeymoon as booked. On the friendly supports with many phone calls from Hotels.com for an earlier departure leave, the manager did not accept that. We cannot recommend.

Schöne Unterkunft in top Lage
Das La Banca House befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage am Strand von Station 3. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer (Ground Floor) gebucht und wurden vor Ort kostenfrei upgegradet auf ein Deluxe Zimmer (Ground Floor) mit Meerblick - wunderbar, danke dafür! Der Strand vor der Unterkunft ist perfekt und das Pool mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang wirklich traumhaft! Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und das Personal super freundlich. Leider wird gerade das Gebäude daneben umgebaut, somit ist es untertags sehr laut durch den Baulärm und Abends durch die Musik - trotz dessen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hotellet ligger super godt ligeud til stranden med en fantastisk udsigt. Personalet er flinke og imødekommende. Men når det er sagt, var der mange negative ting, som gør, at vi ikke vil anbefale dette hotel. Værelserne er MEGET små og der er ingen lydisolering overhoveder; så man kan høre alt inkl. en masse mærkelige lyde fra aircon, vandvarmere, el, køleskabe osv. døgnet rundt. Samtidighed er nabohotellet ved at blive renoveret, så herfra er der også konstant larm fra håndværkere og elværktøj. Dette passer ikke til den fantastiske strand og flotte udsigt. Morgenmorgen var ikke at prale af og roomservice fik vi en gang på fem dage....

방이 작다.. 너무 작다 하지만 풍경은 좋아요
예상과 달리 방이 너무 작았습니다. 하지만 전반적인 스탭들의 서비스는 만족했습니다. 디럭스 방에 아닌 다른 방에서는 다시한번 묵어볼 의사가 있습니다.
