Ambassador in Paradise, located in Boracay's Station 1, exceeded my expectations as a hotel resort. The breathtaking beachfront views, coupled with impeccable service, made my stay truly memorable. The spacious and well-appointed rooms, along with a range of amenities, showcased attention to detail. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist added a personal touch to the overall experience. A truly luxurious escape in one of the most beautiful destinations. Five stars well-deserved!

Thai hotel is located in front of an amazing beach , one of the best stretch of beach there big walkable to the main district 2 for more restaurant options . The staff was helpful and changed us rooms when we asked as we wanted on the second floor. Breakfast was amazing, not a buffet . The only feedback I would give is the rooms set up. Tv versus armoire placement , not enough hangers and counter space in the bathroom . More lights would be nice but that seems to be an issue in all hotels I’ve been too !! Love the turndown cookies , nice touch .

Paradise indeed
We’ve enjoyed every minute id our stayed in ambassadors in paradise. Location is a fantastic as it i beachfront and a 15 min walk to DMall. Staffs are all friendly from arrival to departure. The buffets breakfast is absolutely worth it. Not so crowded as other hotels.

Airport transfers were efficient and expedited. This is a plus specially when it involves land and water transportation. Rooms were kept clean at all times. Towels were clean and plush and changed daily. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Everyone was polite and courteous. Experience was great! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing service, the staff are very friendly and corteous, food is great and the beachfront is absolutely beautiful! Breakfasts menu were different each day and does not get monotonous and the rooms (we booked family suite) were very spacious.

Love the beach front property, its in Station 1 which they say has the finest white sand of all Boracay Easily accessible to d’mall a local place for souvenirs and restaurants The staff are very friendly, hospitable, always smiling and willing to help…i don't have little children but I’ve seen how attentive they are to customers with little kids giving them coloring materials and other toys…restaurant food is delicious..have acoustics at night and a fire dance performance…service is above and beyond..from check in to in between Highly recommend worth the price for the venue, service, great location.

The property was walkable to other stations. Beach area was clean. We didn't like that we could not open our sliding door despite request complaint to front desk.

The location , staff was excellent. Enternainment was very good.the pool was clean. The ambassadors transfer van and speed boat transfer was easy and excellent. The Ambassador speedboat was much easier to get on and off than the other external company boat.

The resort/hotel has a great location, the staff was super friendly-always helpful in assisting our needs. I would have given the highest rating except for a little room design/flaw.I used a night time CPAP machine so I need a working wall power outlet and in this case, yes there was a power outlet by the night stand BUT it also turns ON a reading light by some sort by the head board so how can one sleep if there's a spot light above your head?Ugghh

From the start the resort was accommodating. We arranged with them for transportation from the airport to the resort and it was well worth it. We had a family room for 5 and it came with 2 king beds and a twin. It had 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( upstairs and downstairs). Service was impeccable. We needed more towels and they came immediately. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant resort was great. Bar service was also great. We would of course go back again and take a longer stay.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they have excellent customer service. Our room was beautiful and homely. The foods served were delicious. Everything is excellent and my 9 y/o grandson was so happy and was telling the staff that he would give them a 360 star rating coz 5 stars is not enough. Great job ambassador crew! Thank you so much!

Everything went well from the checking in to checking out. All staff are very friendly and helpful, very efficient in checking out. I would suggest for the staff in charge of responding to emails especially overseas to respond immediately so that they won’t lose the business.
