I don't know their names, but when we first got there at 6 am the morning of check in, the tall gal at the front desk was terrible, not helpful, unfriendly, etc. The shorter front desk person came in about 11 and was extremely helpful, got us a room right away. Alex was great!

The sheets on the bed had NOT been cleaned. That is serious. It took 20 minutes to run the shower water before it became hot. Never used any of the kitchen utensils as they looked terrible. The floor was clean and the AC was working.
