"My room's carpark was obstructed - bad layout of parking. Couldn't change temperature of room or fridge. Mattresses had no padding and felt springs. No milk, dish detergent or tea towels provided. Bin in bathroom not emptied and bin was dirty. Hand held shower head flew off wall when water turned on and sprayed the room as only curtain provided in shower area. "

"Reception staff were lively, room was basic but clean, pool was closed (which we didn’t know would be closed when we booked nor were we told until we got there) carpark is pretty big but not marked out very well so can be problematic if another guest doesn’t park nose or tail in. Would I stay here again? Yep probably "

"The room was enormous and has to be the largest at that price point. Also each room has a coffee machine with a few pods thrown in. Plumbing is older but water pressure and temperature is perfect."
