"Nice place"

"We rented a stay with CozySuites through Expedia from Oct. 3-5. We did not receive the code for the room ahead of check-in from CozySuites as promised. Upon arrival, we had to call to attempt to fetch the code ourselves. We spent over an hour on the phone, most of the time on hold, while they shared code after code as not one of the four codes worked. During the phone call, another couple showed up a couple of doors down and were also not able to get into their room with their code. We were...

"Great downtown apartment concept. Clean simple two bedroom arrangement was perfect fo me out stay. Immaculate. Will definitely look up Cozy Suites again in other locations."

"Drove 8 hours and they did not honor our reservation. Suggested I take a single queen bed room and share it with my 17 year old daughter. I declined and requested my deposit be returned (which still has not happened!) Pictures online DO NOT MATCH room decor or appearance. Lobby bathroom was overrun with dirty tissues and a nasty toilet. I cannot make this up. My daughter refused to use the bathroom. We sat in the car in the parking lot for about 45 minutes until we found another organization...

"You can not check in no desk , no online che k in they expect you to call someone who lives somewhere else and is only available certain time to meet. We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."
