"Coudnt get on WiFi. Bed looked small for a queen size. No coffee machine only kettle in the room and the only water filler was on the ground floor with an empty bottle in the room. When deciding to check out early due to the wildfire any refund or credit was refused at mgt discretion despite being a Hilton Honours member."
