"This was my second time here and completely different experience than the first. Areiving at nearly midnight after a 12 hour flight a miserable sick with a cold receptionist moaning about that she had nonidea about rooms as she had just started. Room was horrible next to lift and laundry room noise every morning at 5.30-am. changed rooms after 3 days but still it ruined the whole time. Will not return, hotel trianon Bay five minutes across the road similar price and much more pleasant team. "

"Thebstaff could not have been better! Property is a little outdated and the rooms could be updated. Hoped for a hot tub but the pool was nice. Also, brekfast on goes until 9. 10 would be more ideal"

"Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Staff: The staff were probably the nicest and most helpful that I've had at a hotel in a very long time, Natalia went above and beyond and made me feel like a welcome guest and encouraged me to ask questions etc anytime. Cleanliness: The room & bathroom were 99% clean. Only had a few crumbs in the dresser drawers. Everything else was very clean. I especially appreciated how clean the breakfast/coffee area was, the staff monitored that very well every day. Hotel as a whole: It is showing it's age. The staff does a great job maintaining what they have to work with. It definitely needs some updates, especially in the rooms (I had to switch rooms 2 days in due to a smoke detector going off every 20 minutes during the night). The metal lamps were corroded, the dresser was chipped/worn with bent handles, the desk chair I couldn't lean back in. The bathroom needs fresh paint but also a new tub/shower insert as it was peeling in 2 small spots. Breakfast: They rotated the eggs from scrambled to cheese omelet. They have salt/pepper/hot sauce. Meats were always pork sausage & turkey sausage. OJ was good, pancakes were mediocre. LOVE the new grind & brew coffee makers... I used them every morning and skipped the Keurig in my room. Wish they offered fresh cream... but bought my own and kept it in my room. A/C worked great. It has a couple options so I was able to set it to keep the fan on continuously during the night for white noise. "

Love different options Need help with… No one cleaning up drink cups, no tennis channel, no smart TV, both restaurants have same menu, bed very soft and lumpy, limited staff at restaurants and bar so slow service, need 2 free water bottles, inside person told me property owned by Marriott so no perks for Hyatt status like no late checkout. Couldn’t reach property easily before visit. Front desk won’t answer if busy and you can’t leave a message. Concierge has no voice message. Good … Superb accommodations overall with porches and comfy AC, great space, kitchen has basics, Bathrooms impressive, staff very nice, guests very nice, some fun activities like wine glass painting (warning no wine tasting as promoted though) loved all the waterfalls. "

"Great location nice deck area, good size room could do with a little refresh, needs better blind as let in too much light, comfy bed, breakfast ok but mainly packaged products. Restaurant next door good for drinks and food so very handy."
