"The rooms are really clean. The staff is nice and the breakfast is really good. There is a lady in that works in the breakfast room, she speaks Spanish and she is super nice. The pool is nice, my kids loved it and they also have a spa that is awesome! Overall I would give this hotel 5 stars!"

"The hotel facility (room, common areas, pools, waterslides) is very nice, and they offered a number of fun daily activities for guests of all ages. The room was clean and quiet and was turned timely and daily. The staff is very friendly. Valet service was prompt and professional. Room service was not very good -- it appeared someone loaded up plates from a breakfast buffet table and delivered it to the room. No amenities that you might expect from a high-level hotel -- eg, no robes, no slippers."

"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Staff was really friendly. Very clean. Had a really great time. But the restaurant was a disappointment, our waitress was rude. The food wasn’t fresh or tasty. That in itself was a total letdown and reflected onto the entire stay. Wish we hadn’t attempted to eat there. When I tried to give feedback, it wasn’t received well."
