"The room was disgusting. The bedding, floors, desk, chairs were dirty, spotted, and there was a dirty glass left in the bathroom. We were not offered our free drink vouchers so I went to the desk to ask and once I got them they bar wouldn’t honor them. They hotel advertised breakfast with the room ..."
