"When I went to the front desk this morning at 4:30 AM to catch my shuttle that I had reserved, I was informed that the shuttle driver had called in sick and there was no ride to the airport for me. When I asked what my alternatives were, the front desk clerk said I might have a guy, I can call him and see if he’s awake, but you’ll have to pay for it. I said if I’m paying, I’ll just call an Uber. I asked if the hotel would reimburse me she said no. She was not apologetic, or helpful and actually fairly rude considering my situation, left without a ride and no advance notice. Don’t trust the Airport Shuttle advertisement at this hotel. Stay somewhere more reputable."

"We had no problems except very low luke warm water at 930pm Saturday night and thru the night even at 430 am Sunday morning when getting ready to leave from our stay and checking out. "

"We just needed a place to sleep with our dog. We had been on a road trip. The room was very comfortable and suited our needs. It was great that we could watch our Netflix. And the gentlemen working the front desk accommodated my request to be on the first floor near the side door. So it would be easier to go in and out with our dog. "
