「Really lovely hotel, way nicer than we anticipated. We booked this purely as a stopover so we could catch an early train and didn’t expect it to be such a nice hotel. The entrance area was really nice, staff were friendly on check in and whilst the room was small it was spotless and comfortable.」

「Di passaggio in una gita di tre giorni. Bellissima struttura con personale molto preparato e gentile. Non mi capitava da una vita (e 30/40 notti all’anno le passo in hotel…) di essere accompagnato in camera dai receptionist. Bravi! Una piccola pecca. In fase di prenotazione non era scritto da nessuna parte che non era attivo il ristorante e siamo dovuti andare in centro a cena. Ottimo lo stesso.」

「Servizio e cortesia fanno da padroni al Palazzo Lodron Bertelli. Gli host gestiscono la struttura con amore e cura trattando i clienti con inesauribile gentilezza e premura. Accedendo direttamente dalla struttura si può godere della spa del Borgo della Salute, un’ulteriore coccola del nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per un weekend sugli sci (impianto di Pinzolo a 5/10 min e di Madonna di Campiglio a 15/20 min)」

「Molveno is a very special place for us as we met in the resort in 2004 and have been married 20 years this December. We liked everything about this hotel. The room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The balcony gave us a lovely view of the lake with the mountains behind. All of the staff were very attentive and spoke better English than I spoke Italian despite me spending a lengthy spell in the area and having had a thousand lessons since! 「The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!」

「Excellent hotel in Pinzolo. We enjoyed the small but clean and functional spa after walking and cykling in the mountains. The staff is very helpful and professional. What potential guests should be aware about is that the church bells ring every hour throghout the night. 」

La posizione eccezionale, vicinissimo all’area pedonale del centro, al parcheggio (gratis per i clienti), ai mercatini di Natale, e praticamente sotto al castello. 「Great staff, very welcoming and attentive, they answer any concerns. Room and bathroom very clean. Room with safe and fridge. The breakfast was great, with fresh, hot and healthy options. Coffee was good and fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals. Property in front of a bus stop, so we went to city center, to Arco and visit Trento. We also used the restaurant and has good service and good food. 」
