「The first room we got had a horrible smell from the wet carpet. We were moved but the key machine was down so we weren't able to get keys.」

「Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff」

「Very nice place and nice staff! I would love to recommend it to my friends!」

「There is a resort fee that required once you arrive at the property. My stay was family friendly and we were accomadated at every request. Im likely to recommend this place to my family and friends.」

「Lovely staff, my favorite place to stay」

「The breakfast is great, and there are snacks, drinks, beer, red and white wine, etc. in the evening from Monday to Wednesday. The washing machine and dryer are free for guests to use, which is very suitable for long-term stays.」

「The coffee in the room was good. Would have been nice to have had different flavours in creamer, rather than just the original. No complimentary water in the room, had to keep asking the front desk. Would have been nice to have had 2 bottles a day placed into the room. A free airport shuttle would have been helpful too.」

「There was algae on the windows. The room had a funny odor. The sofa bed had springs coming out of the mattress. We were out of body soap. It took two requests to get soap and extra pillow and a comforter to cover up the springs coming out of the mattress.」

「There was blood stains on a quilt.」
