「Room was great, large, fully stocked Kitchen. What they don't tell you is charging $30/day for parking onsite, per car. So the so-called discounted room, suddenly becomes no discount. No breaks if you have status with Marriot or Vacation Club. Also annoying that no ice machines in my entire building, other than in the garage by a laundry room. 」

「Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. 」
