We had to wait for the staff at front desk when arrived for about 10 minutes before checked us in, tried to make tea with the hot water in lobby and tea bags provided, but the water was not hot must have been sitting so long it was never checked on and was cold so threw that away. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and had backups waiting for it a few times and had to squeeze it full of people since it was constantly full from only have one working. Everything else...

"I had high hopes for this hotel, especially considering that they are supposedly award winning and a part of Owa. But I was very disappointed. The room was not even ready when we checked in and when it finally was, the housekeeping left the room filthy and there were fruit flies covering the wall and bathroom. As a mother who was trying to enjoy our stay for my daughter's birthday, I definitely will not be staying here again."
