The house itself was really nice. Despite it being located on the ground floor, we had sufficient privacy. House felt big enough for 5 people. We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves. Other than that, our stay was satisfactory and I will recommend this place to tourists who would like to stay in Bologna for an affordable price.

L'appartamento è bellissimo! Ampio e super smart! Confortevole, moderno, silenzioso, pulito che si sentiva anche il profumo. L'ho scelto perché mi ha permesso di parcheggiare senza ulteriori spese, perché ha tanti posti letto e ogni ospite può avere la sua privacy. Ha smart TV in tutte le camere ( anche se è stato difficile accedere ai canali digitali), due bagni, stanze ampie e riscaldamento. Davvero soddisfatta. Cambierei la metodologia del prelievo chiavi ma è un mio punto di vista. Per il resto sono sicura che tornerò a soggiornare lì.
