「Clean Spacious room. Very helpful friendly staff more than a 5* hotel.」

「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which...

「Un appartement encore plus beau que sur les photos,d’une propreté irreprochable.L’immeuble est trés beau et parfaitement situé, dans un quartier trés animé .L’appartement est néanmoins trés calme et très bien équipé.Manque juste un grille pain Le check in est autonome,mais nous,avons disposé de toutescles informations utiles pour acceder à L’appartement. 「The front desk staff was NOT friendly and helpful! No smile all the time especially the young girl! Overcharged my room at checkout though had reconfirmed price one night before! No one manned the Conceige desk at time of checkout and wanted to get a taxi to airport. We waited with 2 big baggages at entrance of hotel but taxis just passed by and did not stop for us. After about 15 minutes, I went back and queued up at front desk and asked for help. The young girl then called her colleague...
