「Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. 「Staff was great. The cabin was terrible. The shower head did not work. The staircase was almost impossible the get up and down from the loft unless you were a skinny 10 year old. The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst.」
