「We went to Derry to learn about the old and more recent history of the city This B and B is situated just north of the old city walls offering easy access to the Peace Bridge, Guild Hall, local tours and nightlife We were very happy with the location and our hosts cooked up a wonderful Irish breakfast to ready us for a day of exploration - finding parking on the street right in front was easy」

「Serendipity house, lies about their amenities.  You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. They do not care that they are lying. When you come you only have access to your room, so don’t plan on having anywhere else to hang out,...

「Extremely nice hotel in the center of town. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff.」

「Nice stay except room too closed to the main st...a bit noisy」

「Hotel located in heart of Derry. Walkable to any where for sight seeing. But lots of pubs around the hotel a bit noise as we stay in 1st floor. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. In general was a wonderful place to stay.」

「This is a super nice hotel. Conveniently located. Large rooms. Heated towel rack. Lots of amenities. Would stay here again and again.」

「虽然外面只有十几度，但是我们的房间好热好热，空调不能用，只有一个电风扇。」

「Loved the area, it was very walkable. The room was clean and a good size. Appreciated the free parking option but it was a little difficult carting 4 bags of luggage from parking to the room, then up the stairs.」

「Everything was perfect.」

「It’s worth visiting Derry just to stay at The Lawrence; it’s a gem with lovely ambience and wonderful staff. David’s walking tour is a must, and the delicious breakfast was served with a smile. Don’t miss the best porridge you might ever eat! Complimentary beverages and snacks, comfy common areas, and a literary theme throughout - it’s through and through charming. Thank you!」

「Everything is okay. Walking distance to the town and you can find all stuff you need.」

「Clean room」

「Soon after my father's unexpected passing we contacted the hotel with a request for a refund.  We sent several messages and left a phone message explaining the circumstances and that we had to fly home.  We eventually received a message stating that they would not refund our stay even though there was 2 weeks to re-rent it to someone else.  We understand that it was within their rights to not refund our money. Our experience though was that each and every hotel besides this one had compassion...

「The staff were amazing- went above and beyond to help and were very friendly Room was so comfortable and cozy. Also snacks available !」

「離德里城區不遠，開車五分鐘可達。客房寬敞。前台職員友善。免費泊車位足夠。」

「We had a lovely stay the room was spacious and clean, all the staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly! Great food in the bar and a good breakfast selection…we would be very happy to stay in the Everglades again.」
