Far to be a Ramada standard hotel, not a comfortable hotel, lack of hot water and lack of service, when I arrived my appointment was not even on their system I had to send them a copy from my records. very disappointed with this hotel

DESASTROSO!!! no reserve alli ni por equivocacion!

Que hotel TAN DESASTROSO!!! no lo deberian ni recomendar en esta pagina... eramos un grupo de 4 adultos y 12 niños que fuimos a un evento deportivo en Bogota...desde la llegada tuvimos problemas con la acomodacion en las habitaciones ya que nos habian prometido que estariamos todos juntos en un piso pero claramente nos dimos cuenta que nos habian engañado pues el hotel solo tiene 4 habitaciones por piso...estuvimos 2 noches y ninguno de los dias hubo agua caliente en la habitacion... IMPERDONABLE!!! servicio al cliente pesimo... el señor Carlos de recepcion, al ser consultado sobre el problema del agua para los niños lo unico que dijo fue que tranquilamente pusieramos la queja en tripadvisor... cero soluciones y preocupacion por el cliente...ojala nadie volviera a ese hotel pues no se merecen para nada recibir clientes. La habitacion suite principal tiene el closet roto y el jacuzzi no funciona...mejor dicho, la realidad es desastrosa!

Really?

I picked the hotel because it was close to the airport. Was suppose to be 1.8 miles from airport. In reality it's more like 10 or 15 miles. Got to hotel, checked in, got to room to find the shower had just been used by someone. Ewww!!!

Poor location

I booked this hotel for two one-night stopovers in Bogota, primarily because I prefer small hotels to large impersonal ones, and I thought it was near the airport and would therefore be convenient. In fact it was about half an hour from the airport (and much longer on my first arrival as the taxi driver did not know the hotel and got lost). However, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, though quite basic in terms of room and facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the restaurant was bright and clean with reaonable and inexpensive food. Beacause I was just stopping over I didn't have time to explore the neighbourhood but it seemed mainly residential, thought the hotel was very security conscious (front door locked, no entrance without reservation) which may imply that it is not in a particularly safe area,
