"This property is under new ownership and they are not upholding basic standards of safety for guests. The outer entrance doors were without locks for my entire stay meaning anyone from outside could access the building and many times throughout my stay, the outer doors were propped open, allowing the hallways to heat up and again…no security/safety standards. In addition, my room had signs of water damage and a musty/mold smell for my entire stay, the air unit could not keep up with the heat of the hallway because doors were left open, towels were unavailable for room and pool at various times, breakfast is no longer included as it was in years past, etc. I will never stay at this hotel again!"

"The front desk staff were not friendly. The rooms and atmosphere were great. Beautiful location. Unique location. No breakfast, room coffee was bad. good shampoo/soap and the bed was comfortable. my only complaint was the front desk staff didn't want to answer my questions. It is a remote location a few miles from any coffee/breakfast....as the hotel did not offer breakfast."

"Resort offers so many amenities and lovely areas to relax and play. Loved the pickleball, pools and patio vistas. We are not members so were given a very old room in an old building. The room served our purposes but did not entice us to buy a time share. Had we been gjven a newer room- this may have been different. We loved being within 45 min of SanDiego, Torrey Pines, La Jolla and more. The wine region of Temecula was outstanding. Two weeks of fun was had. "
